The Charismatic Megafauna and Oceanography Laboratory is a group of undergraduate and graduate students brought together by their passion for research and the marine world. They work together to gain a better understanding of marine ecosystems by using biological markers as proxies for environmental conditions.

But the lab is more than a place of study, it's a family. We are there for each other personally just as quickly as we are professionally or academically. The CMOL 'Ohana never leaves each other hanging, looking out for each other and supporting everyone in their highs and lows. We all have our own specific passions, but we come together to cheer each other on every step of the way.
